Notifications Policy

This page describes the notifications you may receive from Fixture Dev, LLC: email from us, and SMS messages that our tools can be configured to send.

Email from Fixture

Transactional email

If you request a product evaluation, we send email required to fulfill that request: your evaluation key, activation help, and a reminder before the evaluation expires. These are one-off, service-related messages: they are sent because you asked for the evaluation, and they stop when the evaluation ends.

Mailing list

Our mailing list carries product announcements and occasional updates. It is strictly opt-in: you receive it only if you subscribed at fixture.dev. We email infrequently. Expect a handful of messages per year, not per week. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, or you can email us at the address below and we'll remove you.

SMS Notifications from Fixture Tools

Some Fixture tools can be configured to send text messages (SMS) for events you choose to be notified about, such as test suite completion, build failures, or monitoring alerts.

Opt-in only

SMS notifications are off by default. You receive them only if you configure a tool with your phone number and enable them. Message frequency varies with how you configure the tool and how often the events you subscribed to occur. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from that sender
• Remove your phone number from the tool's configuration or disable its notifications
• Uninstall the tool: an uninstalled tool sends nothing

Your phone number

Phone numbers used for tool notifications are used solely to deliver the notifications you configured. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their marketing purposes.
